Home is where the heart is

With spring it seems there is a focus on the home, several of the departments stores have created really inspirational displays. I was quite surprised by the BHS window, it’s made me re-evaluate the brand, it has vintage feel with a modern twist with the bright colours thrown into the mix. The campaign title ‘Vintage Curiousity’ written in typewriter style font compliments the styling to create a strong campaign.


BHS_Home_2BHS_Home_3Debenhams also have a strong focus on their homewares range. They have done so by complementing their own ranges with some great collaborations ‘Designers at Debenhams’. My favourite is the ‘Ben De Lisi’ range. It has a mix of cheeky pieces from dog lamps to bright typographic cushions, I was very tempted to get one of each!


Even ASDA have been getting in on styling your home – make way for ‘George Home’. I’ve just seen this advert in this weeks Grazia, the campaign has a fresh nautical theme with great styling which wouldn’t look out of place in an interiors magazine. The website landing page has a strong editorial feel, inspiring you to explore.
